I would like to thank Corporal Heffernan, Corporal Klinefelter,
Deputy Adair, and Deputy Mesmer for attending this years memorial. Your
dedication to preserving the memory of our fallen officers is always
appreciated.
Thankfully the weather cooperated with us for this year's services.
In 2006, for the first time since possibly 1901,
the great State of Missouri had no "in the line of duty deaths." Thank you all who
attended, and I hope to see you next year.
