On Thursday 09-14-06 at approximately 3:15 p.m. the Cass County Sheriff's Office received a
9-1-1 call of an armed robbery that had just occurred at the Spirit Gas Station located on S.
St. Rt. 291 and 58 Hwy west.
Caller stated that a white male in his early 20’s 5’6” - 5’10” 140-150 lbs. entered the store
wearing a grey hood sweatshirt and blue jean shorts. Subject pointed a silver handgun at the
two clerks and demanded money. The subject left with an undetermined amount of money in a
black 4 door Ford Explorer northbound towards Lake Winnebago/Lee’s Summit.
